Billie “Budman” Vinson: Location Coordinator for Wreaths Across America at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery

In remembrance of Veterans who have served our country, our presenter this week is Billie “Budman” Vinson with Wreaths Across America. Billy is the Location Coordinator for Wreaths Across America at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery here in Memphis, honoring fallen soldiers by laying wreaths on their graves during the holiday season. Billie’s goal is to get wreaths on all the graves at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Germantown. Currently, only 7k graves out of the 23K graves get a wreath at Christmas.
